So it was speculated that Whiplash would turn into Dynamo in the end of Iron Man 2.
But after seeing the film- sure he gets a suit in the end… but its got whips and its not red, so it lead me to believe it wasnt Dynamo. Well, i was wrong.
Boris Turgenev is Dynamo’s name, not Ivan (which is the name they use for whiplash in the comics and movie) but apparently the director made it so Ivan is also Boris Turgenev:

The first picture is of the fake passport the Russian terrorist gives Ivan with his new fake name Boris Turgenev. And then they show him with a name tag that has that name.
So im guesing it WAS Dynamo in the end.
